Physical Fitness
In addition to golf, tennis and swimming, there are several opportunities for physical exercise indoors. You can play ping pong or exercise on your own in the Fitness Centers. Or you can participate in any of the following physical fitness activities:
Aerobics
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:00 AM
$3.00 per session
Line Dancing
Mondays: 10:30 AM
$3.00 per session
Tai Chi Day Class
Fridays: 12:00noon
$5.00 per class
Tai Chi Evening Class
Wednesdays: 7:00 PM
$5.00 per class
Yoga Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 AM – Ballroom
$8.00 per class
